UX Generalist

One of Esteemed's digital agency clients is seeking a talented UX generalist, with content and design experience, for a government-focused, contract role. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and be a US Citizen.

Skills:

• User research
• Visual design
• Figma
• Knowledge of Github and Drupal is a plus

Research tasks:

• Define research plans that include goals, hypothesis, and methodologies
• Write conversation guides and conduct usability interviews
• Analyze data and write summary of research findings
• Present research findings to stakeholders

Design tasks:

• Create high-fidelity mockups and visual designs
• Develop user flows and user journeys
• Annotate mockups to clearly communicate designs to developers
• Create prototypes for usability testing
• Build mockups using a design system
  • Should understand how to use components within a Figma design system
  • Familiarity with the VA design system or USWDS is a plus
