One of Esteemed's digital agency clients is looking for a hybrid/onsite Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert for a direct hire opportunity in Atlanta!

*Relocation assistance available, must be able to work W2 without sponsorship, no C2C*

The ideal candidate is either certified in MCAE or willing to become so (Company will provide)

Marketing Automation Specialist MCAE/Pardot

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute automated marketing campaigns using MCAE.
• Create and manage email templates, forms, and landing pages.
• Build lead nurturing workflows and engagement programs in MCAE.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with the strategy team to align on campaign goals.
• Maintain clean and organized prospect data within MCAE.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with MCAE/Pardot
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must Have:

• MCAE Certification
• Familiarity with other marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
