We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Drupal Support Engineer to join our team. Your main responsibility will be providing frontline support and troubleshooting for our website and digital platforms built on Drupal. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems by participating in design reviews, code reviews, and other team processes. This role requires strong technical acumen and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 & 2 application support for our Drupal platform.
  • Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications.
  • Participate in application development projects to provide a support perspective and assist in the development of support processes and procedures.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other team processes.
  • Monitor and remediate any health and performance issues on the website.
  • Provide occasional off-hours support for critical issues or maintenance.

Requirements/Skills

  • Minimum 3 years working experience with Drupal, including troubleshooting and administration.
  • Good understanding of Drupal’s underlying system including PHP, MySQL databases, and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Good understanding of website and application architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
