Technical Project Manager

One of Esteemed's digital agency clients is seeking a Technical Project Manager who has experience working in an agency setting, is technically proficient (sitebuilder capabilities, coding knowledge welcome but not required) in either Drupal or WordPress website development, and is based in the United States. 

We are looking for someone who cares about clear communication, meeting deadlines, and working within budgets. You should be able to maintain a project’s big-picture vision while also attending to its details. You have enthusiasm for the web, for providing workers in nonprofit organizations with excellent service, and for all the exciting and less-exciting PM processes that make nonprofit web projects successful. 

The right match for this role will be someone who appreciates working collaboratively on a team with content strategists, designers, developers, other project managers, project owners, and clients. You should enjoy, and excel at, multitasking. We expect you to have experience creating project plans, prioritizing project tasks, leading meetings, working in a project management tool (we use Asana and Instagantt), and performing  project-level accounting tasks (we use Harvest and Excel/Google Sheets). You should be familiar with balancing the elements of the PM triangle and helping clients prioritize within these constraints. Finally, you need to be able to manage yourself in a 100% remote work environment and excel at communicating with other team members and clients.
