One of Esteemed's partners, a consultancy specializing in State and Federal Government agencies, is looking for a Drupal Content Strategist for a contract role.

The contract is 6-12 months, with the likelihood to extend.

Candidates must be based in the US, and able to pass a background check. State Government experience is highly preferred.

    The Senior Digital Content Strategist is an expert on digital marketing trends, strategies, and technical implementation with a focus on ensuring a citizen-centric delivery of services, resources, and information. This position is responsible for defining content delivery strategy for the state's portal, Digital Commons Support site, and key websites, applications, and digital solutions to position the state to deliver content, resources, and services.

     

    Duties include:

    • Managing the strategic and technical direction of the client, the online citizen portal;
    • Managing and administering information architecture and data strategy for new onboarding websites. Leading agency teams in developing and adopting Information Architecture for the new Digital Commons websites based on state usability requirements;
    • Leading and collaborating with cross-agency Advisory Board;
    • The webmaster (responsible for the content, and digital strategy direction);
    • The webmaster (content changes, digital strategy direction): Digital Commons website;
    • Google search implementation and analytics for all websites on the Digital Commons platform;
    • Digital strategy for new/onboarding websites (analysis and implementation). Key role in the new Guilford County onboarding project;
    • Responsible for Drupal-based technical execution of complex tasks, such as views, menu management, permissions, and module configuration, for the enterprise-level CMS platform. Determining the information architecture for new Digital Commons customers to provide the best user experience and meet site visitor needs by employing tools such as personas, top tasks, surveys, user experience research, and key performance indicators;
    • Experience managing and administering information architecture and data strategy for new onboarding websites. Required: 5 Years;
    • Experience leading teams in developing and adopting Information Architecture for the new Digital Commons websites based on state usability requirements. Required: 5 Years;
    • Experience as a Webmaster - responsible for content, and digital strategy direction. Required: 5 Years;
    • Experience as a Webmaster - content changes, digital strategy direction. Required: 5 Years;
    • Google search implementation and analytics for all websites on the Digital Commons platform. Required: 5 Years;
    • Drupal-based tech execution of complex tasks, such as views, menu management, permissions, and module configuration, for the enterprise-level CMS platform. Required: 5 Years
