IT Infrastructure Project Manager

One of Esteemed's medical industry clients is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Infrastructure Project Manager, who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and jump in with the team! The ideal candidate is tactical, and specializes in execution of strategy, moreso than developing strategy. Experience with networking, cloud migrations, data center management, desktop enhancements, and other IT infrastructure-related initiatives is a must. US-based candidates only, South Florida candidates are a bonus.

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and budget. You will work directly with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure our company's technological infrastructures are in line with our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine project priorities and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure IT infrastructure is robust and efficient
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time
• Track and manage project costs, resource allocation and scheduling
• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders and senior management

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Jira management software
