Job Description:

Responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs with interlocked financial modeling for very large complex technical solutions. Analyzes customer service requirements and designs service solutions to meet those objectives. Primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions.
  • Construct specific and detailed solutions encompassing process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities.
  • Develop risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans for complex service proposals.
  • Create detailed financial models aligning with complex service proposals.
  • Compose Statement of Work or other documents using departmental automation tools.
  • Provide "a trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services.
  • Follow organizational Standard Operating Procedures for cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and associated workflow and deliverables.

Job Details and Special Considerations:

The Salesforce Architect assesses current systems, identifies weaknesses, and reviews business processes. They provide design recommendations, conduct risk assessments, and suggest performance and security optimizations to align Salesforce implementation with best practices and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stabilize Salesforce Orgs and address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Make technical decisions and support team members.
  • Communicate effectively and offer best practice advice.
  • Guide system configurations.
  • Participate in daily sprints and stand-up meetings.
  • Monitor developer code changes and determine solutions with timelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, network architects, security analysts, and program teams.
  • Prepare project models or diagrams.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams.
  • Provide on-call support, development, and hands-on configuration as needed.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements (8+ years of experience required for all):

  • Design and deliver healthy Salesforce implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.
  • Design organization strategy and data model for multiple Salesforce implementations.
  • Design technical solutions for identity and access, implement data and process integrations, and design solutions. accounting for large data volumes and data privacy needs.
  • Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation and development, including writing Apex programming.
  • Proficiency in Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies (CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services).
  • Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises. systems.
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles of cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered. infrastructure, integration patterns, and application servers).
  • Well-versed in human-centric user experience and software design principles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce's well-architected framework.

**Note:** Experience with Agile methodologies is required.
